Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
-Shipping is processed within 24 hours of the order opening. Once processed, a tracking number is issued and the item should arrive within 3-5 business days.
-If you have not received your item, please refer to your tracking number before messaging the page.
Return & Exchange Policy
-Items can not be refunded once opened and prepared to ship.
-Returns are not accepted. Once item has been shipped, a tracking number will be issued and it is no longer the companies liability.
-All cages can be swapped BEFORE packaging, as long as stock is available.
- Any and all products received damaged will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
